Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in original condition with original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at viafideicompany@gmail.com before sending any items back.

What to Include in Your Return Email:

  • Clear Subject Line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"

  • Your Information: Full name, email address, and phone number

  • Order Details: Order number, product name(s), and date of purchase

  • Reason for Return: Brief explanation (e.g., defective item, wrong item received, changed mind)

  • Desired Outcome: Refund, exchange, or store credit

  • Attachments: Copy of your receipt or order confirmation

  • Next Steps Request: Ask for return shipping instructions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a pre-paid return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VIA FIDEI is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please note this clearly in your return email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

Store Credit

In some cases, store credit may be offered in place of a refund. Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
